Overview
As part of our Technical Services Department, responsibilities will be essential in maintaining and improving Kitchell's Schedule Management Services. Prepare, maintain, and analyze proposals, preconstruction, construction, and as-built schedules. Provide scheduling direction and education to employees on scheduling processes and procedures. Reviews and updates contractor baseline schedules and related materials for accuracy and compliance with contract document requests and prepares related reports and recommendations.
This position has extensive remote work availability but does need to be within a commutable distance to a California Kitchell office (less and 50 miles) as there are occasional job responsibilities which required in person attendance.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office environment and frequently works in a construction environment. Conditions occasionally include exposure to outdoor elements, hot/cold temperatures, wet conditions, noise, atmospheric conditions, and cramped quarters. The noise level in the work environment is regularly moderate and occasionally loud.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly sit, talk or hear and use hands to finger, feel and handle; frequently stand, walk and reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must frequently lift and or move 5 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
Travel Requirement
There is a 20% travel requirement for this position.

The annual base salary range for this role is currently $95,000 - $140,000. The Company s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members. The annual base salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, in the Company s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
